So many really nice cars in the yard at Mercedes!

After yesterdays rather eventful day, we are back on the road again. Had a very peaceful night in Mercedes Yard and a rather relaxing morning as we couldn’t do anything until the part arrived. Even did some much needed housework!!! Went for a walk to a nearby shopping centre and browsed in a huge electronic store, picked up some buns for lunch and ambled back to the van. At 3pm the mechanic came to replace the part and by 3.30 we were on the road again.

Went into the Stena Office to organise some tickets and the guy who helped us yesterday was at the counter, which was great as no explanations needed and he rebooked the ferry for 7.30 am tomorrow. Tonight, we are in a carpark at the port along with a few other motorhomes ready for a 5.30 start! Life on the road returns to normal.
