Tuesday October 21….Still at Snow Canyon

 

Love these mornings, wake at 7am and it is only just starting to get light, so no need to get up early for sunrise photos! Enjoyed watching the light hit the mountain tops with a real glow on the red rocks.

The rest of the day was pretty relaxed until our 1pm booking at Ford to get the bushes replaced. That went very well, except when we got hold of Jerry at Camelot RV in Cottonwood AZ, he was less than sympathetic, and begrudgingly only wanted to give us $100 towards the $220 account. Wonder if we will ever see the cheque! Tried to find somewhere to get a hair cut but everyone seemed to be busy today, will need to get it done before the wedding!

It was good to get back to the camp and relax, this really is a very friendly place, so many people have wandered along for a chat. We went off for a hike along another of the many trails after it cooled off a little, it is so nice as it is not overcrowded. Tomorrow we are finally off to Zion National Park…only about 3 weeks late!!! Could well be out of wifi for awhile.
