…..and yes we are still here, I think we have been abducted!!!! With a wet weekend forecast Conny and Hitten twisted our arm to stay until the weather clears tomorrow, and it certainly is more pleasant being in their house as the rain falls than in Ruakiwi.

We have had a wonderful few days especially when both their boys came to visit with their partners and we were able to spend time chatting with them. And I got the camera out and did family photos, the first they have had as a family for 10 years! Yesterday we had the files printed at a nearby store and already Conny has one of them in a frame. It was good to be able to repay a little of their hospitality in a small way.

Tomorrow plans are to head to Holland and hopefully some cycling.
