Wednesday September 28th, St Remy de Provence

I little bit of French winter fashion.

Back into town this morning to the market, only to discover that it is the only Wednesday in the year that they don’t have it, as the Festival is on and the sideshows have taken over the area. We were all so disappointed, but time to sit at a café for a cup of coffee and a final chat. The time has gone by so quickly, and even though Covid played its hand, we were still able to have lots of happy times catching up and enjoying each other’s company. It has just been so wonderful and have many precious memories.

Ian’s been having a few arguments with his back, so he wandered back to the apartment while I meandered through the streets with my camera. They just ooze so much character. It seemed to be much busier this morning, guessing that people had come for the Market. Hear lots of American accents.

Brought some supplies back with me, we are having a relaxing afternoon, and will cook dinner in tonight.  The energy levels are still lacking a bit and very happy not doing too much.

Setting up for lunch.

Loved this above the entrance to the childrens
clothing store.

Seeing your fabulous photos makes me urge for more travel. Love the quaintness of these little villages, so much to offer the tourist with a camera.
