Sunday April 30 – Stocking up in Boston

Needed to restock the “pantry” and today was the day. Off to Tesco’s soon after Sunday opening of 10 armed with a long list and a large trolley. 1 ½ hours later we were back at the van, unloading straight into the cupboards from the trolley. Ian still feeling under the weather with his bot so he curled up for an afternoon siesta while I pottered around getting the van more organised.

Kathy and Steve had a busy day with the grandchildren, and very successful as got them both confident enough on their bikes to ride by themselves. Finished the day off with some very nice wine – a taste of what is ahead for us in France! A great evening before we head off first thing in the morning.
