A bit slower start this morning - Casey cooked pancakes with maple syrup and spiced apples for breakfast…it is all her fault for the weight that we have put on!!!

Richard has a wonderful old 1967 Chrysler New Yorker all original waiting to be restored, so we all piled in and went cruising….Richard reminds me so much of Marc Ellis! Missoula is a really beautiful town and we drove through the college area with its old homes and oak tree lined streets and people everywhere riding the bikes.

We drove out to the neighbouring suburb of Lolo where Matthew and Sarah Orton live with their two children, a very nice part of town. Good to have some time to catch up on everyone…it seems quite bizarre that we are here in Montana spending time with these guys who we knew so well as children, who grew up with our boys.

Casey and I did some “girl” shopping while the guys checked out the sports stores, before heading back home with some groceries and my night on cooking. A really relaxing day.
