Monday August 1, Massacre Rock State Park, ID

Have had a wonderful lazy day, and such a great spot to be in. Woke to some light drizzle and a very grey day.Went hiking this morning, doing some of the trails around the river and up into the rocks.

Met up with Tammy, a photographer from Washington, so Ian headed back to the RV and Tammy and I had a lot of fun exploring around the rocks. By the time I got back for a late lunch the clouds had lifted and the sun came out…very hot! The afternoon seemed to just drift by, and this evening we ended up having a few drinks with Tammy and her husband Jim. Two guesses what Tammy and I chatted about!
