"Fruitloops"

We received a Xmas parcel.....this delightful tin van full of Fruitloops, from good friend Lynn, to celebrate the purchase of Ruakiwi.
Everyone admired it sitting on the shelf, so the decision was made (after eating all the Fruitloops within), that it had to be packed in our bags, and be part of the trip.
You will see much more of it (or is it a her or a him?) later on.
The trip is getting closer, only 2 1/2 weeks before we leave, and we seem to be getting things organised and under control. Ian ordered a GPS online today, and it should be waiting for us when we arrive in Indiana. Everyone tells us they are great, and hopefully will help us navigate around, especially when we come to moving through cities and freeways.
Its very cold in Rotorua today, the fire is going, looking forward to some warmer weather.
